Our Process

Step 1 - Design and Plan

Whether you have a house plan in mind or need help designing one from scratch, we have you covered!  We will work with you to establish an understanding of your dream home and how we can help make it work within your budget.

Step 2 - Determine Cost

Once we have narrowed down a plan for your project, we will give you the estimate of cost based on your dream home.  We provide you with a line by line break down of cost so you can see where your money is going.

Step 3 - Construction

Now to the fun part.  We will build your home from the ground up based on everything you have personally selected.  We will use quality materials on every home, and can assure you that no corner will be overlooked.  You'll receive regular progress updates and you are always welcome on the job site.  The time to build depends on the project and will always say weather permitting, because we do live in the great state of Texas!

Step 4 - Homeowner & Beyond

The day you have been dreaming of is finally here!  Invite your family, friends and neighbors over to share in this amazing time in your life!
